This place have the worst customer service I have ever delt with…they sold me a warranty that I did not ask for.. The process went pretty smoothly. It was refreshing not to have to negotiate for the best deal. The price was the price, and I hadn’t found a better deal. Echo park has a great selection of cars at a good price. I have purchased 3 cars from them now in the past 3 years. I do have 2 small critiques that can be easily fixed. First one is they really should clean and detail all the cars before the post pics of them on line and allow customers to test drive them. They would get more people interested if the cars were clean inside. Other critique is the last management was more customer caring then this current management. seems like the bottom dollar means more to them then repeated customers. Also I recommend someone other then the sales person to clean the car that gets purchased, doesn’t really get clean. Otherwise I will still use echo park Charlotte as my go to for cars. If you go here, ask for George Padin, he knows his stuff, very friendly, and will do everything to make sure you leave happy. More
