Carbiz for Life! February 9, 2019 was the third time I've had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Carbiz and the service was the same as the first! Kudos to Matt February 9, 2019 was the third time I've had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Carbiz and the service was the same as the first! Kudos to Matt and Jason for making this another awesome experience! I called Matt on the phone and told him what vehicle I was looking for and my financial situation. Not only did he and Jason make it easy for me, but went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I did the application online on Friday afternoon, it was approved on Friday evening and went to pick up the vehicle on Saturday. When I got there and saw the vehicle (it was beautiful but too much vehicle for me), I changed my mind on that one and selected another with Jason's help, and patience, from the internet. Although the truck was at their Laurel site, no worries. The truck was delivered to the Baltimore location on the same day and it was just as advertised, low mileage and fully loaded, the ultimate package! And at my price point. The showroom is beautiful, which made the entire process comfortable. The only thing I had to do was add insurance, sign the paperwork and drive away. And they didn't just let me drive out with a sale. A couple of days after, not only did I get an email from the manager of Carbiz to thank me for purchasing from them, but also a telephone call from Jason to let me know that if there is anything I need, they are there for me. I am so impressed with the service Carbiz provide and they will be my dealership for life! If you're looking for a high quality vehicle (and they have the best selection I've ever seen whether on the lot or on the internet), this is the place for you. They stand behind every vehicle they sell. The CarFax report is also provided so you know exactly what you are purchasing. There are no secrets with them and they don't specialize in junk!
