Harvey is a trustworthy and brilliant head mechanic and service manager who has consistently delivered outstanding customer service in an industry that does not always live up to high standards when it comes to quality and honesty. My car had seen it's final days so I knew that I had Sam, Katie, and Matt made buying my first car a very comfortable and peaceful experience for me! My car had seen it's final days so I knew that I had to find a new one. I set up a few test drives and Carbiz was my first one. I left there the first day loving the car and knowing that I'd most likely get this one but I wanted to make sure I had seen what I need to see. Sam made me feel comfortable leaving the first day without pressure and not feeling like I'd be rushed into anything. After finishing my rounds, I knew that Carbiz was much different than other dealers. Other dealers tried to put me on the spot and cut me deals right away but Sam and the team knew I needed to think about it. So I was much more confident going back and starting the process! They really worked with me to get me the best deal I could afford and again allowed me to make decisions without pressure. Matt made the financial side of things easy to understand and he patiently answered my questions. It suffices to say, I am very happy with my purchase and with their follow up and customer service. I would buy from them again. More

We usually buy from Dani, but yesterday we worked with Jason, and got the exact same level of friendly and professionalism as we have with Dani. There is no pressure to buy the car...they have worked with us on our trade-ins...and their bottom line prices are below any other dealership in the area. We have spent 3 hours or less, test drive through finance purchasing all 4 of our cars..that's unheard of!!! I made the mistake of going to a local Lexus dealership earlier the same day to see a similar car because of the color, and I left remembering and appreciating why I have bought from Carbiz with my last purchases! I would tell everyone to go to Catbiz for their next purchase...I know we will!:) More
