It was a great pleasure buying our twins there first cars at Carbiz. Not everyone understands the difficulty having to buy two vehicles at the same time or understands how important it is trying to get the r at Carbiz. Not everyone understands the difficulty having to buy two vehicles at the same time or understands how important it is trying to get the right vehicles to make both of our kids happy and fitting both there budgets. Carbiz made it possible with there large selection of very nice clean cars. Everyone there was a great help and worked hard to satisfy our family. The showroom is very clean and spacious, not at all what you would expect a "used car dealer" to look like. These guys and galls are A+++ all the way Thanks again Carbiz , when our next child is driving in a few years we will be calling on you again. More

Flew out from Denver to Baltimore MD to buy this car. I got a great prize and great customer service. They picked me up from the airport and took me to breakfast. I went to visit Carbiz not really expecting to drive home tonight but I did! Matthew Pollock was professional, patient, kind, very knowledgable about the vehicles and a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. AND not only did he get me the best deal possible but also the vehicle I wanted. Although the showroom was closing, there was no rush - he still offered us to take the vehicle for a test drive. This is my first experience in buying a car in so little time. It took just a little over a hour and I was driving out the gate. It was such an awesome experience. The showroom is beautiful and all the staff was very helpful. I could not ask for more. Not only will I go back again but I will also tell my family and friends to visit too. Matthew, Carbiz and the entire Staff Rocks! More

Evin Berney took my call in the middle of a meeting and in less than 1 minute of converastion bolted out the botttom line price on the vehicle. He was crisp like an executive. Taken by his "No games" attitude I called back to initiate the buying process. Matt Pollack helped me with each part of the process. I had the car inspected twice since the whole deal was being done on the internet across 2000+ miles. Matt made everything happen on my time without ever being pushy, always professional and always patient, including assisting with shipping. He called me today too enquire if the car arrived safely. Car is stunning, better than described. next time when I am in the market for a car I'll look for CarBiz to see if they have what I amm looking for. Mir Ali. More

This was my first time buying a car at a dealership and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly (but not too pushy), our salesman was wonderful and their showr couldn't have asked for a better experience! I price matched the car I wanted (2007-2008) Lexus ES350 with cars within a 500 mile radius on cars.com and autotrader.com. Carbiz was by far the best price, options, and financing. I did find other cars th with cars within a 500 mile radius on cars.com and autotrader.com. Carbiz was by far the best price, options, and financing. I did find other cars that were slightly cheaper at other dealerships however one had accident history on the Carfax and another one had a price that did not include Maryland state inspection costs, which the salesman on the phone said could be around 1500 extra... needless to say that was false advertising so buyer beware- the price listed on the web may look appealing but the dealer writes in fine print that it doesn't include inspection costs. Anyway...not at Carbiz.. had a great experience here with Miro. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable. I was happy to find Carbiz and I thought because they carried so many different makes and models that they would not be as thorough with their expertise on each vehicle but they really know their stuff! It was a pleasant experience. ( I even got to meet a Raven's player who was buying a car there the same day I was). My son thought that was "cool"- I would highly recommend this dealership. I'll be back to purchase subsequent vehicles in the future. More

I bought a 2007 BMW 550i and I couldn't be happier. I initially went to Carbiz because they offer a free one-year warranty. The car I bought already had bumper to bumper factory warranty so I didn't really need to take advantage of the offer but still good to know. I worked with a nice young woman, danielle. I felt comfortable working with her and she was consistantly helpful and not at all pushy. She understood my needs and wants and introduced me to her managers and co-workers so in case I needed her at any point and she was unavailable, I could look to others on her team. I live in the area so I will also utilize their service facility. They are undergoing what looks like major construction so I did the deal in their temporary trailer and even though it seemed as if there was a lot going on I never once felt unattended to. I was even able to pick Bay license plates at no extra charge and received a free oil change. The whole experience was a "breath of fresh air" to my previous experiences and I'm glad to have a neighborhood car dealer I can go to in the furture. I would recommend this dealership. The pricing was the best I could find on several cars I had interest in and my car is beautiful. More

Purchased (2) vehicles in 2006 - a BMW & a Mercedes Benz (1999). I purchased the Benz for $25,000 CASH. The BMW experienced immediate mechanical problems. We exchanged it for a 2000 Benz. The 1999 Benz ha (1999). I purchased the Benz for $25,000 CASH. The BMW experienced immediate mechanical problems. We exchanged it for a 2000 Benz. The 1999 Benz had a complete transmission failure within 3 months of purchase. I was told by dealership owner, Evan Birney that he would be willing to defray 50% of the repair costs. He totally refused to take complete responsibility for the vehicle's mechanical failure. I had the necessary repairs done at R & H Mercedes Benz, at a cost of $5,200. More
