Went to Carbiz for a used Cadillac. Miro Stoev greeted me with a pleasant attitude and more importantly, it was not the customary used car salesman attitude. He showed me the numerous Cadillacs on the lot me with a pleasant attitude and more importantly, it was not the customary used car salesman attitude. He showed me the numerous Cadillacs on the lot. Although they were not what I was looking for, he allowed me to look at other models. I saw a Lexus, which was considerably more than I expected to spend. He took his time explaining the features of the car, compared it to others on the lot and encouraged me to test drive it as well as others. This allowed me to make a more informed decision on my purchase. I was extremely pleased with the entire sales experience including the finance manager, and owner. While I was hoping to get more for my trade ins, this was secondary to the overall purchase. While I cannot speak for the entire sales force, I can say that Miro was extremely helpful and did not PRESSURE me into buying something that I was not interested in. I can only assume his co-workers have his same work ethic.. More

The first time we stepped into the dealership on 4/15/10 Martin greeted us with a warm smile and treated us as if we were the only people there to buy a vehicle, even though there were other people there. He took time to explain everything to us and followed up with us a few days later to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. Ali was the next contact we had for the warranty/financing on the truck. Even though we had to go back a few times to sign the financing papers, they got it lower than first quote, we didn't mind. Then on 5/27/2010 we took our truck back because the AC wasn't working properly. Even though their 1 month/1,000 mile warranty was up, Harvey looked at it and told us that if we had any further problems to let him know. I called Harvey back up the end of June and he told us to drop the truck off because he had put a dye in the AC so that if we called back he could see where it was leaking. There were 3 leaks. CarBiz put new parts in for the AC, oil change and rotated our tires with no cost to us. We have never been to a dealership where they have taken such good care of us. We would highly recommend CarBiz! More
