Thoughtful and excellent service Carbiz was on my insurance company's list of recommended dealers. They had the the model and year I wanted, with low mileage and a great price. I wanted to buy car quickly and without fuss or stress, and I both emailed and called. Two different agents got back to me right away, and the second didn't mind that I was working with someone else, saying their focus is just customer service. Which I got, in spades. I worked with Fred Alston. The car was ready when I arrived; he didn't show me alternate; and he took time to answer questions about the extended warranty but didn't try to sell me. Throughout I felt comfortable and unpressured. I made an error that required more paperwork, and they kept assuring me it was no problem and not my fault (it was) and something that happens all the time (it isn't). Later, when I arrived for my plates, someone who was leaving overheard me and went out of his way to put them on. It was easy, efficient, and pleasant all around. I won't need a new car anytime soon, but that's where I'll go when I do. More
