I am extremely satisfied with my car buying experience at Carbiz. I have received outstanding service from a team who clearly cares about their customers. I was in a circumstance where I could not get to the dealership because my previous car was totaled, so Danielle brought the car over to my house for me to see and test drive it. I was impressed with the vehicle and the fair price, so I bought the car the following day. The car was new to the dealership and not fully inspected or detailed, so the service department kept it for a few days while they completed work they identified prior to letting it go (I wasn't aware of the deficiencies, and totally appreciate their diligence in identifying and correcting a couple of issues). During this period, I was given a loaner car. When the mechanical repairs were complete, Matthew(the internet sales manager) brought me the vehicle himself. Through the process, I feel the whole team has been totally forthright and completely fair. They have (or are in the process of) delivered on all commitments made in our negotiation, and have been diligent about their customer service. All-in-all, this has been a seamless and positive experience. I would definitely buy a car from Carbiz again - and highly recommend them. More

After getting off from work 1 night (midnight) I'll check out what Carbiz has. My browsing took me over to their service lot. I found it! It was sitting there & looking in extremely good condition. I rented a CX-9 to take my Family on a road trip 3yrs ago & we all fell in love with it. This was the top of the line model & it was talking to me. I decided to call & ask about the car b4 it's sold. Talked to a service rep & made an appt. to check out the car. I came in a day late & when I came in the rep was busy w/another customer. He immediately got a co-worker & she got on the job. B4 I knew it Sarah had me behind the wheel for a test drive & after a trip to my longtime Mechanic's lot I was then ready to bring it home. This young lady wasn't pushy nor annoying. By the time the arrangements were over she felt almost as if she were a family member. A very personable young lady w/a smile that'll melt steel. My experience w/Sarah was totally painless. The atmosphere is as professional as can be but without the stiffness or pushiness. I'm very happy w/my Mazda Crossover & I'd recommend Carbiz to my friends. As a matter of fact, I have already! My experience with Carbiz was great. I went to many dealerships before Carbiz and never experienced the service I recieved from them. Before actually going to the dealership I called to inquire about a vehicle I had seen on the internet, the receptionist had forwarded me to a used car salesperson which was Sarah. She answered all my questions I had for her and we started the finance application right over the phone. Once we completed that she told me that she waould get back to me once she got a response on the application. Once she got an approval she gave me a call back informing me that now she was just waiting on the interest rate and the payment information. The reason I made it a point to bring that up was because at all the other dealerships I never recieved phone calls on the status of the application I had to constantly call to check on the process which I dont think was my job to do so. So I really appreciated the communication skills and custumer service skills that she showed. I definately would and have been recommending people to go to carbiz to purchase a new car because they are friendly the vehicle are valued at a nice cost and the service is great and they will do what they can to get you in a car. I, initially, went to test drive a vehicle to determine if I liked the model in general. After just a test drive and a brief finance session I left with the intention to go back and purchase the vehicle w if I liked the model in general. They far surpassed the last dealership at which I purchased my previous vehicle. Carbiz's staff was very honest and helpful. I have already sent business their way. The only thing that I didn't care much for was their lack of haggeling on price, but that's pretty standard with large car businesses. I'd buy from there again. More
