This by far has been the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. They had my best interests at heart. My husband and myself was off one day so I said lets go to carbiz just to look. Well experience I have ever had. They had my best interests at heart. I was determine that I would not leave with something I didn't want, well that wasn't hard I told them what I had for a down payment and I picked a few cars that I liked. Well it was Columbus day so most banks were closed. Kelvin and Brian both said they would call us the next day once the banks opened. Well they did just that and I was told to come in and pick up my car. Well over night I decided that I wanted the 2008 Dodge Durango Limited which probably needed more money down then I want to put but I put down what I had and drove away with what I wanted. My husband found a nick in the hood and a leak in the headlamp. We were ordered a headlamp and the nick was fixed at no charge to us. Kelvin was very plesent as well as the other sales persons in the dealership. This is our second purchase from carbiz and I will purchase again from them. More

I met with Ray who was extremely patient and professional. Despite my recent credit woes, I got the impression that Ray did not pre-judge me, nor did he give me any indication that my situation professional. Ray was soft-spoken and he put me at ease with the process. He kept me informed of next steps and he was always available to answer any questions that I had regarding the process. He gave me several car-buying options. I wanted a Mercedes (which I really could not afford) and Ray did not make me feel that my expectations were unrealistic (although they were) but rather, he guided me to what I could afford while keeping in mind that I wanted a nice looking car. Overall, Ray was professional, sincere, trustworthy, and decent throughout this entire process. I will recommend him and the Carbiz company to my friends and associates. After finding several cars at Carbiz on the Auto Trader Website, we decided to go to Carbiz to purchase a used vehicle. From the moment we walked into the dealership until the moment we left, we were treated courteously, professionally and with friendliness and concern for our needs. My situation was challenging because I did not have a trade-in, had only $2,000 for a down payment, and my credit was not very good, since my divorce in 2009. Kelvin worked with me to find the best vehicle and the best lender for my situation. He was always the total gentleman and was patient and caring with the difficulty of the situation. The Manager came over and talked to us off and on during the day and was pleasant and caring, as well. There was a problem with the internet going out, so our visit was longer than usual, and in the end, the finance person had us sign "handwritten" papers so that we didn't have to wait around any longer for the internet to come back up. When hearing all of the stories and jokes about car salesman, we were not anticipating a positive experience; however, at Carbiz virtually everyone we came in contact with from the receptionist to the young man who washed and cleaned the vehicles, could not have been any nicer. I would recommend Carbiz to all of my family and friends, and have told quite a few people about our experience already. I love my 2008 Saab and whenever I might need another vehicle, I would go back to Carbiz without hesitation; in fact, Carbiz is the only place where I plan to buy a car from now on. More
