I purchased a ML320 approximately 18 months and Miro Stoev was my salesman at that time. When I saw the car I wanted available, I stopped in to "meet the guy that sold me my first car", Embarrassing I c Stoev was my salesman at that time. I walked in with the printout of the car I liked off of their website. (found them initially with Auto Trader . com) they got the vehicle ready and I was test driving it in 5 minutes. Javier, my salesperson, brought up all vehicles in the same price range and model that I had picked. All of which I had already seen when I did my search....but it was nice to see they were ready for my questions. After 20 minutes about the price, we had a deal. The Mercedes C240 is immaculate and nothing within 50 miles of me was even close to the price or the condition. It still came with another year on the power train and an overall warranty on the rest of the car. Buying a used car used to be a big hassle, now I know exactly where to go and who to recommend. My experience was FANTASTIC! Not one person dropped the ball and in under 2 hours, I was out the door with a new car for my daughter! 2 hours total time from test drive to delivery. We conversated about 30 minutes regarding finance options, comparative pricing and his availability, while giving me his card. I left the dealership only to return the next day when I received a call from Myron. Myron introduced himself and said that he and Matthew work together and they wanted to sell me the Acura if I was still interested. He asked me to return and I did later that day. Well, their joint salesmanship and customer service speaks for itself...I am not the owner of a 2007 Acura RL....Need I say more? After 2 1/2 weeks of searching for a new used car, we found what we wanted at Carbiz. Sarah was patient and helpful with us as we decided which vehicle to purchase.
