I called into the dealership and spoke to Sarah. She was very nice and put together a list of cars I was looking for after I explained my situation. My husband and I went to Carbiz looking for a suitable car for myself and the kids. Javier helped us look at several cars until we found my Nissan Armada that made my eyes light up. The car had not yet been detailed but I was assured that it would be as clean as a whistle when I got it. After a couple of days, I got the keys to my car...the detailing was excellent, they painted the bumper for me (perfect match), and made sure it was Maryland inspected and ready to roll. I've since then taken my car back to have my rear sensor checked and air conditioning charged. They fixed these things for me without asking any questions and free of charge. I recommended my sister-in-law to them and they bought a car as well and have said nothing but nice things about Javier, his friendliness and the quality of their service. Even after I bought my car, they called to check on me and make sure everything was A-OK. I can't say that I've received this kind of service from any other dealer I've ever worked work. They have a great selection of cars, friendly staff and an awesome repair shop. More
