Wow, where do I begin. My experience with Carbiz was excellent. From start to finish these guys were professional, courteous, helpful and mostly accountable. I was put in touch with Matthew Pollock and off I was on a car buying adventure. Matthew was extremely helpful with information about the car and did everything he could to make it easy for me. Next thing i know,I was driving from North Carolina to pick the car up. I had a good feeling about car biz and wanted to do business with them. The feeling turned out to be right. .. .. Now Carbiz was great because they wanted to sell a car I know I got it... However.. It was after then sale that car biz and Matthew really impressed me. First off I bought a Saab. This is a car that I love but a brand that has some issues with reliability. Within the first few weeks of owning the vehicle it began to have a coolant leak. I immediately called Matthew and he told me to take it somewhere and have it checked out. Turned out to be a heater bypass valve, around a 350 dollar repair. Car biz paid for the repair. Next thing I know the key with remote is malfunctioning, matthew on the line, car biz paid another 300 dollars to have a new key sent to me. when I left the dealership, being a first time buyer, I as nervous about purchasing and car biz has completely eased my mind as they really stand behind their sale. I never expected anyone to be as Great as they have been. Honestly great. People always say, they provide service after the sale.. Car biz actually does. I would recommend car biz to my mother. I had an accident and my insurance company totaled my car. Since this purchased was unplanned I had to seek a used vehicle. I had been to two other dealers. I had mentioned to Mrs. Latasha Peaks, a fam car. Since this purchased was unplanned I had to seek a used vehicle. I had been to two other dealers. I had mentioned to Mrs. Latasha Peaks, a family member my dilema. She referred Myron Boyd at Carbiz. The day I was due to return my rental car. I had left work 2 hours early just to make it to Enterprise before 5pm. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon. As I was driving along I realized that I need to call Enterprise to extend the rental until the following Monday so that I could have the weekend to find a car. So the next telephone call I made was to Mr. Boyd. I telephoned Mr. Boyd expressing to him that I needed to purchase a vehicle due to the loss of my vehicle. He asked me when would I like to come to Carbiz. I told him that I was on my way. I called on when I arrived at Carbiz and he came out and greeted me on the parking. He asked me what I'm interested in and then we walked the lot to check out 2 door coupes. I was in awe because Carbiz have a variety of cars for anybody and everybody's liking. I asked Myron questions as we strolled the lot. He was so knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured. So I spotted the 2006 Toyota Solara, checked it out. Myron asked me if I wanted to test drive it. I said yes. As I test droved the Solara I continued to asked questions. When I returned from test driving I informed Myron that I want this car. Myron Boyd is an awesome car salesman. Everyone I came in contact with to closed the deal was wonderful. I would highly recommend Myron Boyd and Carbiz of Baltimore to anyone. More

Carbiz was very helpful to find the car I was looking for. The inside of the dealership was clean and had a relaxed feel to it. My Sales Consultant Miro was friendly and attentive. I appreciated being looked out for as a customer with his good attention to detail. As an example of that, while finalizing the deal Miro noticed that one of the two remotes for the car had a dead battery and wasn't working, he made sure that it would be taken care of, this kind of focus on taking care of the customer was something that impressed me and something I feel not all dealerships would have caught. While negotiating the deal Miro and the rest of the staff at Carbiz were relaxed and explained everything step by step. There was no high pressure sales pitch from anyone and I felt comfortable to take my time to think over my options. My experience with Carbiz was positive and I can't find anything to fault them about. I would certainly refer friends and any one else who is looking for a car to Carbiz. More

Javier was great with the purchase of the vehicle as well as the issues I had with it after the purchase. I purchased the vehicle and when I left the lot they said they cleaned the suv but I found soda spill as the issues I had with it after the purchase. I purchased the vehicle and when I left the lot they said they cleaned the suv but I found soda spilled on the dash board and in the cup holders, stains on the ceiling that I was able to remove with a carpet cleaner. It could have been better cleaned after spending the kind of money I did on a luxury suv. I did feel like the service department could have better handled my situation. I purchased the vehicle and had a few items that were to be fixed at their service department. They told me 1 day maybe 2 but ended up needing it for 4 days. They didn't call me to tell me they were going to need it longer, I had to contact them during the whole process. The service dept lost my keys while it was there. More
