The people were really accommodating to us, and it seemed that no service was too difficult for them to do. I bought my daughter a used car for Christmas (a hard to find 2003 Audi TT coupe, her dream car). OK she's a Daddy's girl, and spoiled but a GREAT KID! There was no pressure at all during the purchasing of the car and they out of there way to make it look and run like brand new prior to me closing the deal.I brought it home from the dealership (it ran great) and hid it in a neighbors garage for two weeks prior to the big day. On Friday afternoon, the 23rd I took it for a spin and the engine light came on the the car began to run very rough, so rough that I was affraid to drive it. I called my sales person (Javier Cuellar) and within a few minutes, I had half of the service department on the phone trying to help me. They knew exactly what the problem was, a bad coil, and offered to keep the service department open late,THE FRIDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS to fix the problem (the service department is closed on Saturday). I think that they were more upset about it than I was. Javier was on a mission to make this right before the big day. I personally made the call to wait until after Christmas to fix it. I put the big red bow on the car and gave it to my daughter on Christmas and she loved it!. She sat in the car most of the day listening to the radio. On the 26th the dealer came an got the car and it was running great by the next day. During the time that they had the car the service department went over everything to ensure that it was in perfect working condition, and it is. I rated these guys all 5's in the survey and would have given them higher if the survey would have let me. They treated me like family through the entire process and truely cared. Collin the service manager is probably the most knowelgable person about cars that I have ever met, but the real star was Javier Cuellar (don't let the name fool you). Javier went above and beyond what was required which is something that is very very hard to find in the used car industry. If I every need another used car, I know where I'm going and who I'm dealing with. More

I would definitely recommend Carbiz - Javier Cuello and Craigg Smith. Javier was not the typical pushy salesman. He was very laid back, low key and knowledgable about the ML350 that we bought. He keeps on enforcing if there are any problems please bring the vehicle back so Carbiz can make any repairs...for free within the 1st 30 days. "he wants to keep us as happy customers". Also Craigg Smith was great for financing. We did not know Carbiz has an indirect/direct line to some of the major banks and financial institutions. We thought we would have to make the round trip back to annapolis to get the preapproved check but....one phone call by Craigg and it was all taken care of at the dealership with our preapproval and original paperwork. I had initially gone into the dealership to inquire about a special financing option through Capital One to get a vehicle. Upon encountering Sarah, she gained from me what I was interested in, as far as typ a special financing option through Capital One to get a vehicle.
