They worked to get us a crazy-low interest rate so we could get the car we wanted at a price we could afford. The service department was more than helpful in figuring out why the bluetooth wasn't working and replaced the part no-questions-asked as well as replacing an indicator light bulb that went out just after we bought and taking care of a repair that was discussed prior to purchase. I highly recommend Carbiz to anyone who wants a good deal without hassle. We will definitely be looking here again to purchase another car in the future and can't stop telling our friends and family about their excellent service. More
