He took the time to show my sister all of the cars she wished to test drive, and also recommended others. 4 hours into the process Mr. Allen showed patience and continued to provide the utmost customer service. Matt Pollock was the person who helped me and he did a fantastic job. He didn't do the normal pushy pressuring salesperson thing. He actually listened to everything I said and worked with my budget which I appreciate. I also didn't have time to get my car detailed when I bought it due to being short on time. But Matt gave me an IOU and reassured me that I could bring it back in when I had the chance (since I live over an hour & a half away) to get all the detail work done that I had discussed with him. He stayed true to his word and I just picked up my car today and it is in tip top shape. I also appreciated them giving me a loaner car while my car was getting fixed. Danielle helped me with that process and made a note of all the things I wanted serviced for my car. She was very pleasant and helpful. Smitty is from the service dept and he helped work on my car. He kept me updated during the process and when it was finished he did a run through of all services provided. He was very friendly and honest. I also want to mention Russ, the finance manager. He's the one that I did all the closing paperwork with to finance my car. He was very informative and walked me through step by step making sure I understood everything before signing. That was very refreshing since it's a lot of information to take in. I know I wrote a lot but I really wanted to mention everyone who helped me. So all in all I want to thank everyone at Carbiz for outstanding service! I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend them!!! More
