Above and beyond expectations Living 3 plus hours away from the dealership, I must have called 15 times about the car I was interested in. Then, when I can to test drive the car, it drove absolutely perfect but had a few minor cosmetic details that bothered me (I am admittedly a stickler about details). Instead of telling me that this car is used and is sold as it, they took down a list of these minor cosmetic inlerfections to fix for me and did EVERY single one of them without blinking an eye. They also went above and beyond by making themselves available to meet me half way to deliver my car. Sarah was a pleasure to work with and you can tell the dealership has a great management structure by the support of the manager to get the small details done for me. I would, without hesitation, recommender Carbiz, and specifically Sarah Herr, for anyone looking to purchase a new car. A few years from now when it is time to find another, it isn't going to be hard to figure out where my search is going to start and who my first call is going to be. More
