I worked with salesman Fred Alston, who made me feel comfortable when I first walked in. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the cars on their lot. He took me for a test drive and I immediately fell in love with the vehicle. I did not feel pressured into buying anything the night I came in- unlike other dealerships I'd been to over the last few weeks who were adamant about me buying a car when I merely came in to look and check out their inventory. I made about 3-4 visits to Carbiz before actually purchasing the car. I was even given a loaner until all the paper work was complete to get to work and handle other errands. I would recommend anyone to Carbiz for their high quality service- Fred Alston especially. More

Best Dealership in the Northeast by Far! My wife and I bought two Acuras from Carbiz in 2006, an MDX and a TL-S. Both cars lasted us 8 years. When it was time to trade them in this month (Oct My wife and I bought two Acuras from Carbiz in 2006, an MDX and a TL-S. Both cars lasted us 8 years. When it was time to trade them in this month (Oct 2014), we scheduled an appointment with Evan and he along with Miro guided us through the process again. This experience brought back memories of the ease of process that we experienced in 2006. I told Evan what I was looking for and Miro took me for test drives on a few cars. Miro was very knowledgeable and was able to help me choose the perfect car for my taste. I was looking for some zip, but comfort was important as well as reliability. The 2009 Nissan Maxima became my dream car. The car had been fully detailed without a smudge on it. The engine compartment was spotless. The car looked like it had just come off the line at the manufacturing plant. The finance department was super friendly and had all of the paperwork ready and explained every sheet before I signed. They were able to get me super rates, better than other places. There was a small scratch and Miro whisked the car off to the service area and had them buff and fix it within the hour. One last thing, my trade in, the 2002 TL-S had just died and required a new transmission which exceeded the worth of the car. Carbiz gave me $500 towards my new purchase. We have now purchased 4 cars from Carbiz and we love(d) them all. About the environment, the dealership has gone through a major renovation and is just beautiful. The staff walked around with smiles and had just an overall great attitude. Realize this was at 6:30 pm and most people get cranky at this time of day. Not at Carbiz! Even Brian, remembered us from 2006 and said hello. We have not seen these people in 8 years and they remembered us! This is why they have so many repeat customers. Why would I ever shop for a car anywhere else? We have sent many people to Carbiz over the years and they are all happy. Our Mom will be looking for a car soon and guess where we are going to send her? To Evan, Miro, Brian, and Myron at CARBIZ! A lot of people dread the haggle with dealerships and tend to shop at places like carmax. Guess what? Carbiz has better prices, better service, better people AND no haggling.
