Everyone that works at echleon ford is very friendly and welcoming. What started out as just having a oil changed turned into a test drive and new car. They know how to deal with customers and also well aware about buyers needs and above all they give priorities to their clients. Furthermore, Julie Thompson was my sales person who helped me to get my new Ford Escape. I'm not hesitate to mention here that, the she knew her job responsibilities and she does what should be done first in order to attract a new customer. SHe has great abilities that definitely convinced me towards my car. I would say she is very competent interns of, everything. Because of her great knowledge about the product strongly convinced me to get a new Escape from Echleon Ford . My new car because it drives smooth. Thanks for the help Jukie to get me a new car. Julie Thompson and Russell Juelg made my car buying experience the best one I have ever had. What turned into a visit to test drive a few models turned into a purchase. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Instead, Julie made us feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. Thanks to her the day was actually fun, which is not an adjective I would have ever used to describe my car-buying experiences in the past. Julie is not only extremely personable, kind, and caring, but very knowledgeable about a variety of different vehicles. She spent a great deal of time going over the features of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee with me. Since my old car was a lease that I needed to turn into Chevrolet, Julie drove my old car to my house the next day so I could drive away from their lot in my new Cherokee. That's what I call service!
