I brought in my car with two issues and they fixed one issue. Then 2 days after getting my car back, it started making the same noise that I took in to get fixed, so a nice $200 2-day band-aid. Nice dealership but I took my Nissan in for a recall which was going to take 4-5 hours to do and the appointment was set for 11am. I was told at check in it would take 6-7 hours due they were missing a which was going to take 4-5 hours to do and the appointment was set for 11am. I was told at check in it would take 6-7 hours due they were missing a technician that was on vacation. We drove 1 hour to do this. Ended up having to drive all the way back to Eau Claire the next day. Not fun. More

After 2 visits with Nissan, I am pleased with the communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. To me this is an issue that causes me frustration and not being comfortable d communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. To me this is an issue that causes me frustration and not being comfortable driving due to the vibration in the steering wheel. Girl on the was not very knowledgeable. Had several conversations with her and didn’t remember previous conversations. I traded my Nissan the next day for a Chevy. More
