I was very disappointed in my service. I was not consulted about using synthetic oil ahead of time. Also, my free oil changes I had received earlier when I had purchased a new car were n I was not consulted about using synthetic oil ahead of time. There were things that I asked them to look into especially a piece of wheel well trim that came off on the drivers side and coming loose on the other side. I was immediately told that it could not be put back on and that I would have to buy new ones. The vehicle was only a year old when the first one came off. We previously owned a 2015 Rogue and we were very satisfied with that one. I am very disappointed in the quality of my 2021 Rogue. I will probably not purchase another Rogue again. I also had an issue with the air conditioning that day. I was charged a diagnostic fee to determine the problem. The air didn't work in April but did not have it looked at until Monday. During that time I hit a bird that cracked some fins under the vehicle and I think that it was not looked into very good assuming that because the fins were bloke that that is the reason it doesn't work. I am very unhappy with the service. More

Took my car out for symptom check with tech to try to find source. He thought it could be a belt or something with a/c…Laura came and explained what was found and asked if I wanted it fixed as they said find source. I’m PISSED!!! And will be contacting the service manager on Tuesday morning since Monday is Memorial Day asking for a refund on that part of the bill!!! More
