I went in for my first oil change with my Nissan. I’ve never owned a Nissan before. The lady that helped me in the service center was so rude. Not personable at all! I didn’t know anything about synthetic oil or how expensive it was and the way she handled my concerns and questions was so disappointing and I was so uncomfortable. It was nice of her to find me a coupon. But unfortunately I won’t come back there. I had a Hyundai for 5 years before I bought this car and went to Morrie’s in Chippewa for my oil changes and I’ll be going back there because every single one of experiences with them were fantastic. She could learn from them. More
