Second time visiting for repairs. Working with the service tech was great. Facility was clean and getting the truck in and out was easy. Talking and movement was so fast that it was hard to understand. Only complaint is: I am a tech guy. I had a lot of questions and answers were not as helpful as expected. Price on bill didn't match up to price I booked appointment at from online offer. Showed booking quote ahead of time and person wasn't aware of this. After getting home and examing bill I believe I appointment at from online offer. Showed booking quote ahead of time and person wasn't aware of this. After getting home and examing bill I believe I was overcharged more than what it should have been as each service performed was billed separately instead of at the quoted online rate. Not sure if I will go back to the dealer for service again. More
