New ownership and now they won’t let me bring my own oil and filter for an oil change. I bought my truck new there 9 years ago and been getting my oil changed there every time with own oil and filter. I h and filter for an oil change. They no longer will do this and now I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to go. The guy at the lube shop was nice, but I’m overall disappointed with the new ownership’s policies. They also bought Ken Vance so I’m sure I’ll have this same problem there with my wife’s car on her next oil change. Very unfortunate. More

They finally listened to us as we have been telling them since vehicle was new something wrong with the transmission!! They got it in found it was indeed faulty and needed to be replaced.
