Mondays service call was excellent. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Very happy. The work that was done this fall - repair broken seat belt, was done ok, The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Very happy. The work that was done this fall - repair broken seat belt, was done ok, but in the process of the repair, the door locking system was messed up. We had to stop up two different times to get that fixed. The people involved with the locking system were very friendly. I was very disappointed with Dodge - I filled out a rating and explained that the seat belt was broken during manufacturing and I was very very disappointed in their workmanship. Got an oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check a tire for a leak. Never rotated my tires, went back in the next day to ask since the same tire was causing issues. They said they rotated them, they didn’t, found the leak, patched it and STILL didn’t rotate them. Asked them to put on new wipers and they put on the wrong size. 400 dollars later, not.worth.it. The prices are too high. They charged me $15 for a technician to replace the battery in my key fob. I watched him and it took him less than 2 minutes. Buyer beware! Bought a vehicle that has been back to be (fixed)twice in the first week. Was told, used truck with miles on it, what did you expect. Worst purchase of my life. Do not trust the vehicle, will lose thousands on this deal. Very disappointing! More
Misdiagnosed the problem. Put a $1000 starter in and it still left us stranded. If they would have bench tested the starter they would have found it was good. We fixed it ourselves when we found a loose ground wire. Also did partially fix our steering wheel buttons, but didn't fix the Cruze control, which was mentioned from the beginning. Then tried to charge us to diagnose the Cruze problem the second time, when they should have done it to begin with. Not impressed, probably won't be back. More

Lastly, I had been told I would have to utilize the shuttle but, Andrew went above & beyond getting me a loaner with a full tank of gas. Way to go Team!!!! Just a suggestion though, with the quick oil change, they really should pay closer attention to the 20 point inspection. Make sure oil sensor is reset, check tires, fluids, lights etc…That was all corrected with the PTU sensor. More
