They were not good with communication. I was left guessing what was happening much of the time. Anytime I called I was sent to a voicemail. When I actually got to talk to someone I always felt rushed. They had my vehicle for 9 days just to replace the stereo. They said that my bumper to bumper warranty didn't cover any of my repairs. Why do I pay for it then? I had a much better experience when it was Eau Claire Auto Group rather than now it is One Automotive Group. More
