I got there at 730 to originally cancel an appointment at 930am since my husband found the issue (oil filter was not on tight enough) and it was time for a new oil change anyway so I asked if they could do i 930am since my husband found the issue (oil filter was not on tight enough) and it was time for a new oil change anyway so I asked if they could do it right then and he said yes. Well techs dont even get in until 8am and then it took until 930 to complete an oil change and your "check" that is usually done.... I should have been told that it would take that long. I would have gone somewhere else. More

The service manager was polite and courteous. But what was supposed to take a little over an hour for the whole appointment turned into a 3 hours. And when I questioned them what was taking so lo But what was supposed to take a little over an hour for the whole appointment turned into a 3 hours. And when I questioned them what was taking so long they said they took my jeep back for "detailing". (Which it did not need, I had it washed the day before). So when I finally got it back I was disappointed in the detail job that supposedly took almost 2 extra hrs because they left lots of dirt and streaks everywhere. I also noticed, when I got home, that the mechanic who worked on it must have dropped a tool on the hood. Because now there is a ding on the front edge of my hood next to the driverside headlight. And it looks like they tried to touch it up and got the paint globbed up. And the original paint is now cracked above the glob of touch up paint. So my guess is the whole "detailing" job was just a cover up story for somebody's screw up. The worst part is they couldn't even tell me that is what happened. They just decided to try and hide it. Well, it's pretty bad when you take it to the dealership to have them fix something like the radio, on the inside, and they ding up a perfectly good hood instead and they fail to mention that to me.
