I bought my dodge from here love the car. Recently had engine installed and communication wasn’t great in service ( requested service that wasn’t looked at or commented to tech). Shortly after had issue with clutch which I called leaving message with no return call. Returned for first oil change after engine install requested inspection of clutch pedal. After three hours communication of clutch issue felt like they didn’t look at it I believe the quote will fix issue but is complete new upper system (master and possibly pedal assembly) ( issue being pedal stuck half way on commute to work had to pull pedal up which broke plastic in pedal assembly (returned pedal to operating enough to drive without clutch spilling)) More

Unfortunately for the first time ever since I've been bringing my vehicles here for their service, specifically for oil and filter change this past time, I'm disappointed. My Dodge Challenger went into bringing my vehicles here for their service, specifically for oil and filter change this past time, I'm disappointed. My Dodge Challenger went into the shop without scratches and oil smudges on it but that's not how it came out. Oil smudges where the mechanic leaned against the car apparently on both sides, and scratches across the hood where apparently the oil hose must have been left hanging on it and the lug key casually tossed back in the car rather than put in the glove box where one would expect it to be kept. This is my first time back since the dealership changed to some oneworld name so not sure if this is indicative of the new ownership or a one off, as my past experience has been good. But these scratches and the smudges are a pretty big fall from the former service. More
