When my wife went to turn in her lease vehicle and no another lease, They charged her extra money for being hard on a vehicle. This has never happened to her the whole time she has been leasing. She always returns them in great shape with low miles. There were no scratches, dents or anything and it was clean inside. When I spoke to John, he guaranteed me that I would get the money back since they clearly did treat my wife fairly in this vehicle return. Well I was contacted by John who promised that the money would be returned to me and yet I have not seen it in my account. He said it may take a little time, well I have waited and the time is up. Our first lease at this location went great, no extra charges on the vehicle that was returned and that was after 3 years of having it and now with only an 18 month lease and saying my wife treated it hard? Well lets just say she only drives about 3 miles to work and we are older so we just don't go many places. So disappointed this time around. More
