Dropped our vehicle off after hours for a scheduled tire rotate, oil change, and recall. After getting a ride from my son to the dealership just before closing time (6 p.m.) the next day, the Service Write rotate, oil change, and recall. After getting a ride from my son to the dealership just before closing time (6 p.m.) the next day, the Service Writer informed me that the technician told him that he had not finished the items before clocking out at 4 p.m. An update call informing me of this would have been nice before we made the trip back in. The Writer estimated that the suv could possibly be ready early the next day and said he'd call when he arrived to work at 9 a.m. This didn't happen. We wound up initiating the call at 11:16 a.m. only to find out that it might be another hour or so before it was ready. My wife dropped me off on her way to work and I agreed to wait for the vehicle. The Writer finally handed the keys back at 1 p.m. The work got done, but the communication and timeline expectations were lacking. The Service Writer was new to his position (2 weeks) and will hopefully develop these very important skills as time goes on. More

Oil change and rotate went well, only issue I had was their oil pricing on the invoice is confusing as I drive a Hemi and it needs 7 quarts when the first 6 quarts were billed at one price and the 7th qu their oil pricing on the invoice is confusing as I drive a Hemi and it needs 7 quarts when the first 6 quarts were billed at one price and the 7th quart was almost double. I REALLY appreciated the customer service of the service manager that day! I think his name was Andrew Wagner? I wasn’t sure where my oil change and service work were going to be done and I went to the wron manager that day! I think his name was Andrew Wagner? I wasn’t sure where my oil change and service work were going to be done and I went to the wrong garage. He wasn’t sure I would be taken care of in a timely manner at the other garage, so he made sure that my car was squeezed into the work load of the garage he was at. He listened to all of my concerns, gave me a detailed description of all the service work that was done on the vehicle and PERSONALLY washed my vehicle himself after the work was done!! Exceptional service! Very grateful. Keep it up! :) More
