I will never go back to this dealership again. It took 3 days to do the service on my car, which should have took 1 day. Their communication about my repairs was terrible. They offered an inside and outside detail on my car for my inconvenience of my car taking so long to repair and then when I got there to pick up my vehicle the car was not detailed at all and they did not say one thing to me. Being a mechanic myself it sucks when your own vehicle breaks down or has issues. It worse when youre on vacation and hundreds of miles from your tools and toolbox. I had called several other places just to be told next week or two weeks just to look at it. Your service department was able to tell me what was wrong with it in maybe 2 hours. Did you have the part no but you could have it next morning and have us rolling on. You helped save our vacation and did it quick. If I lived here I would be back and would refer people to your shop.
