I had a scheduled appointment at the dealership for an oil change. When I got there they had at least 3/4 cars still waiting for service. The guy came out and said it would be a wait. Said I would go to the Fast Lane for service and he seemed happy. Got there, got right in and right out. Barely got comfortable and they had it done. Very nice people at the Fast Lane. I will continue to go to the Fast Lane where I get great service. More

I feel that Nate Razim is probably the best in his dept ! !!!! He arranged and made calls to have me picked up after repairs were completed. Horrible stay away! !! They don’t return calls, customer service is horrendous! Managers won’t call you back after you left a voicemail. I’m talking about weeks!!! Even w !! Even when the answering machine says they will call back same day. It took me complaining to get them to do something which also meant having to consistently call and leave voicemails. Kept my car for almost a week and gave a rental but don’t have time to find the issue with your vehicle. so it just sits around. Mind you all the issues I have had is my VERY FIRST experience with this dealership!!! They should not be in the service industry with this behavior they exhibited! Pam was the only amazing person out of all of this who really tried to make things better for me and went above and beyond to get someone to reach out to me. She is the reason I have them a second chance. More
