Jeep was in for a routine oil change. I didn't hear from the service center, so after 5 hours I called them to find out what was going on. Oil changes are getting more expensive every year of course.... but, There is something to be said for being able to get my car serviced within an hour of arriving. I tried my regular dealer and could not get in for over a week and I had a couple of long drives ahead, so having E C Chrysler Express Lane to get the job done right and fast is great for me. I have 225,000 miles on my original brakes and wanted to verify the fact that I have thousands of miles to go before the pads wear enough to change 8mm front 5mm rear. OK for now. Thanks. More
