Samantha was professional and friendly. At my request she gave me a detailed estimate of each part to be worked on with pictures and the price. She also returned a call to my son to tell him about any part he questioned (this was late on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend). When the car was not ready as planned, she shuttled me to my dental appointment and then to the garage where I waited another hour for my car to be done. She easily took care of a late detail the next day. I wish you had asked this before I wrote this whole thing for Carfax! More

I had to bring my vehicle back in for the same check engines codes that came back on after the first first time I brought it in. I was charged for items. We're not used with my service. When I politely, I questioned them the assistant told me she doesn't make up the pricing and it's not her job to figu We're not used with my service. Samantha communicated my vehicle status via text message throughout the entire appointment which I appreciated. I also really enjoyed the video inspection from my technician, what a cool feature.
