They went on and on about their rigorous inspection before admitting they couldn't show the car because the battery was dead and the hood latch was broken. Hoooowwwww, did you do the inspection just 11 days ago? I know when it was done because the Carfax said they did the routine maintenance on 5/3/24, so obviously they lied on that as well. Upon further inspection, the brakes were covered in rust and the driver door wouldn't close. They then tried to show me another car that was $3000 more. Obviously, the 2012 was a bait car to get you in. I asked to see another car, 2012 Honda Civic, that was on the site, the salesperson leaves for 15 min, then comes back to say that car was going to auction because it isn't a good car. Why are both cars on your site? Why are inoperable cars on your site AFTER your rigorous inspection? Why, because they are bait and switch cars. After being made promises that they would fix the issues with the 2012 Hyundai; cracked dashboard, missing antenna, inoperable driver door, rusted brakes, dead battery, and broken hood latch, they kept trying to push the price of the car up by padding add -ons and fees. Keep in mind they were negotiating on a car that hasn't been test drove because it is INOPERABLE. The sales price of the car was $6491, but the original final drive-out price was almost $11,000. They were charging almost 3k for reconditioning fee. What reconditioning? I couldn't even test drive it, and they said they weren't fixing anything because its a "cash car". What is the extra money for then? They wanted ME to pay for the car to be repaired enough to test drive and leave the lot. Where is that expected? Mom and Pop shops do better than that. They wanted me to put down half the price of the car, no test drive, before they would repair the latch and replace battery at my cost just to see if the car would be operational. Final test to see if I was right about their bait tactics. I had my son call and inquire about the 2 "bait" cars, which 5 hours later were still on their site. The sales lady said both cars were available and ready for test drives and asked when he would be in. I went off on them as they tried to explain that technically the cars are "available". I plan to put reviews on every site to get the word out and file complaints with the BBB. This is highly unethical and gives car dealerships a bad reputation. More
I bought a used truck from there last month. After a week and a half of driving it(about 200 miles), a light came on saying service electronic brake system/ABS. I was annoyed that this already After a week and a half of driving it(about 200 miles), a light came on saying service electronic brake system/ABS. I was annoyed that this already happened, but relieved that I bought the extended warranty. I live about an hour away from Easy Honda, so I brought the truck to the closest Ram dealership to me, where I was told that the truck needs a new HCU unit and while they had the truck up, the discovered the front ball joints are worn and need to be replaced. They also discovered a leaking seal in the front differential. According to the service advisor at the dealership, it looked to have this problem for a while as there was differential fluid all over and that Easy Honda should have seen this before selling the truck. Then I find out that the extended warranty does not start until 30 days after the purchase of the vehicle. So I called Easy Honda to see if they would help with this since they sold me the truck with all of these problems and the warranty is not in effect for another almost 3 weeks. After talking to the sales manager, their response was that the truck passed inspection and that I own the vehicle now and it is my problem. There is no way that after 200 miles all of these problems should happened if the vehicle was properly inspected. I wouldn't buy anything from them unless you are a mechanic and are able to inspect everything yourself and know what you are dealing with. I would give them negative stars if I could. This was their response: Response from the owner 6 hours ago We regret to hear about this. It is an unfortunate situation and we apologize for that. The vehicle did pass our inspection. Well I don’t know what kind of standards they have for inspection. They must eyeball the vehicle and pass them. My Ram service advisor said there’s no way any competent mechanic would miss these problems. I would run as fast as you can from this dealership as they don’t care about anything but selling you whatever to get your money and off their lot. That way they can tell you it’s not their problem anymore because you now own the vehicle. More

Traded in my 2021 Toyota Tundra on a Honda Certified 2016 Honda CR-V. I can't say enough about the level of incompetent people at the used car dealership. Let's list all the screw ups: 1. Vehicle came with Honda CR-V. I can't say enough about the level of incompetent people at the used car dealership. Let's list all the screw ups: 1. Vehicle came with new tires, but wrong size, which made the tire light stay on all the time. I had to buy new tires out of my pocket. 2. They put the temporary tags on too loose and they flew off on the way home. I got pulled over by DPS and was given a warning. 3. After not receiving my plates for too long I called the dealership to see why. They said they did not have my house # but had the rest of my address. With all the paper work I filled out plus a copy of my driver's license, how did you loose it? They should have been on the ball and called me instead of waiting for me to call. 4. Once I got my title it had all kinds of errors that I had to go to the DMV to fix on my own money. 5. Selling price was 17,991 and I got them down to 17,000 plus a 100,000 mile warranty that was originally 1900 down to 1200 plus all the normal fees and taxes. They told me that Honda would send my warranty in the mail. I purchased it with 54K miles and Honda states that my warranty is only till 59,703 miles and that they have no other warranty on my vehicle. I would not have spent 1200 on a warranty of only 5000 miles. I looked at my bill of sale and they jacked up the selling price to 18,200 essentially stealing 1,200 from me. I keep calling but they won't speak to me. I can't go there because I live 300 miles away. I filed a formal complaint with HONDA. More
