There are no reviews for this new named dealership "Eastside Subaru". The previous reviews appear to be from when it was under different ownership. My partner did all the research for the 2013 Legacy 2.5 Limited. By far, this dealership had the best price in WA. I had the pleasure of working with Becca Ellingsworth, Internet Sales Mgr. She was easy going and the process was quick as I had communicated mainly by email and phone prior to going in. She found the right configuration and rock bottom price and all I needed to do was show up to sign papers and drove it away 2 days later after an after market accessory was installed. I tried the dealership in Puyallup where I live but they too so long responding to emails and their price wasn't even competitive. I can't comment on the Service Dept. yet as I've only had my car for 1.5 weeks. The people at this dealership were friendly and laid back. I'm on car 24, according to my insurance policy so I've learned many things over the years about buying a car. I'd honestly feel comfortable sending my parents in on their own to buy a car if they were in the market. I'll be buying again from Becca in 2 years when I get that new car urge.
