Took my new Nissan Kicks SV in to get help on the infotainment system. My infotainment system isn't displaying any radio station information. The service advisor told me that the Nissan Kicks does no infotainment system. My infotainment system isn't displaying any radio station information. The service advisor told me that the Nissan Kicks does not do that. The advisor also mentioned he has the same car and his doesn't do that. The advisor then contradicted what he said after I told him that I had researched and learned that this vehicle is supposed to display this. The advisor then said only the higher models of the Kicks display the information. Again that is not true. Incredibly deceptive. Also the tires in this car were at 50psi. That should have been fixed prior to giving us the car when it was purchased. Driving around on 50psi in tires is unsafe. I am so unhappy with this purchase. Forget about contacting Nissan consumer affairs because they lie too. More
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR TO HAVE ANYTHING REPAIR MY CAR WENT IN THE FIRST TIME TO HAVE AN ALTERNATOR REPLACED THROUGH ENDURANCE WARRANTY . TWO WEEKS LATER I PICK UP MY CAR AND THE BA ANYTHING REPAIR MY CAR WENT IN THE FIRST TIME TO HAVE AN ALTERNATOR REPLACED THROUGH ENDURANCE WARRANTY . TWO WEEKS LATER I PICK UP MY CAR AND THE BATTERY WAS STILL ON THEY TOLD THE BATTERY WAS BAD. I REPLACED THE BATTERY BUT THE LIGHT WAS STILL ON .AFTER SOME TIME OF DRIVING MY CAR IT GAVE OUT . I HAD TOWED BACK TO EASTERN NISSAN THEY TOLD ME THE ALTERNATOR WAS BAD .THIS ALTERNATOR THAT THEY PUT IN MY CAR WAS BAD AN STILL UNDER WARRANTY BUT IT WAS GOING TO COST ME 1200.00 DOLLARS TO GET FIXED.THE WARRANTY WAS FOR PARTS AND LABOR.I WILL BE HAVING MY CAR TOW FROM THERE AND WILL NEVER RETURN More
Easterns has the worst service center Ive ever had the non-plessure of dealing with. Ive gave them 3 chances and now they're out. 1st visit after they took over from Sheehy Nissan and they lied about rota non-plessure of dealing with. Went back for a second visit and they didn't secure the lug nuts or cap on my tires...amatures...and this last visit the mechanic, Shawn Wikerson had the audacity to try and get me to buy a bunch of services that my truck didn't need and then overcharge me for a simple oil change. Scammers...I complained to the manager Keith and he told me to take my truck somewhere else which I will be gladly doing. As well as putting in a better business bureau complaint and review. I will not be returning. BEWARE More

Dishonest dealership. Told us the 2-year warranty and lojack were at no charge, and the charge on the contract was a mistake not to worry they would fix it.
