I was very pleased with Eastern I needed a vehicle and they got me in one..At first I was upset that I couldn't get what I was interested in which was a dodge Avenger but I'm very pleased with what I ende they got me in one..At first I was upset that I couldn't get what I was interested in which was a dodge Avenger but I'm very pleased with what I ended up with. Rozzelle was very patient and explained everything in detail which I was very much pleased in. A lot of other places would take advantage of a woman but I did not feel that way at Eastern.. I thank you all who pushed and made a way for me to be in my new vehicle.. Thank you so very much. More

The Lexus 250 IS 2008 with 37,000 miles was advertised for $20,000 online.I made an appointment to come in and look at at it and they jacked the price up to $28,300 and refused to give me a reason why.I for $20,000 online.I made an appointment to come in and look at at it and they jacked the price up to $28,300 and refused to give me a reason why.I was really disgusted because my drive up there took 2 and a half hours.I would stay away from this dealership....they are definitely unethical.For the record,this happened in April of 2012.
