I was very happy with the fast approval process that Easterns has. This is my second purchase from Easterns Motors. I felt a little rushed when it came to negotiation of the price of the car or the la Easterns has. This is my second purchase from Easterns Motors. I was told to pick out a car and while I was on a test drive with Lee, one of the managers worked the numbers. I didn't feel there was a time for me to request a better price because the deal was just about complete when I came back to the dealership from the test drive. One other issue was the condition of the body of my car. I reported damage to the passengar door and the rear driver side door has a difference shade of red then the rest of the car. I brought the car back and Easterns had the "Gas Cap" indicator problem repaired, but the body work couldn't be done because either the body repair person wasn't there that day or because it was raining. With all of this said, I am still very happy with Easters and would buy another vehicle from them. My daughter will be driving age soon and I may come back a third time to purchase from Easterns. I have also referred a friend to the Temple Hills location. More

The Lexus 250 IS 2008 with 37,000 miles was advertised for $20,000 online.I made an appointment to come in and look at at it and they jacked the price up to $28,300 and refused to give me a reason why.I for $20,000 online.I made an appointment to come in and look at at it and they jacked the price up to $28,300 and refused to give me a reason why.I was really disgusted because my drive up there took 2 and a half hours.I would stay away from this dealership....they are definitely unethical.For the record,this happened in April of 2012.
