Customer service from Mr. Peacock was EXCELLENT. He was extremely personable, and he listened to what we wanted. Our issue had more to do with the finance department. We were unable to complete the transaction with the salesperson without him having to run to get the okay from someone else while we waited. This happened repeatedly, requiring us to spend an entire day at the dealership. After purchase, we were called to come back in more than a week later to sign all new paperwork. It was extremely inconvenient, as we are on different schedules. We used our holiday to come purchase the car; our only day off together. However, Mr. Peacock made even this part of the experience more tolerable, having to meet with us outside of his scheduled work hours. The young lady who printed our second tag was not very polite, but she got us out of there quickly, which we could appreciate after having to come back for a third time. More
