In 2013, I was sick and off work for several months. My vehicle was repossessed. I could not properly function without personal transportation. For many years, I had always seen the commercials on TV and I thought it was simply another cheap gimmick!! However, I quickly learned this organization was legitimate and authentic. I responded to the Temple Hills location and met with Mr. Todd Hopkins. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, care and overall professionalism. After being in an accident and my car being determined totaled, I went to Eastern Motors without any expectations to avoid disappointment. Mr. Todd Hopkins greeted me at the door and his professionalism totaled, I went to Eastern Motors without any expectations to avoid disappointment. Mr. Todd Hopkins greeted me at the door and his professionalism and customer-driven focus eased any hesitations I may have had. Todd's focus was "what do you want" or "what are you looking for". I didn't experience the games of back and forth with managers or price. In fact, Todd invited his manager, Jay Tejada, over to meet me. Jay, just as Todd was in sync. Their focus was to work with me and put me in the car that I selected - Not just what they wanted to put me in. My entire experience was a good one from Todd's introduction, to Jay's confidence in a deal, and to Nicki's paperwork processing (Hope you had a great birthday). In the end, with a smile on my face and keys in hand to my BMW X5, Todd offered to follow me to the airport to drop off my rental car and began the driving experience in my new (to me) car.
