Debrina immediately greeted us as we walked through the door, sat us down, and talked to us to get a feel for what we wanted, and most importantly, what we could afford. She was just awesome. I literally feel she was an angel put in our way to help us. She got us the best deal, a beautiful reliable car with low mileage and explained everything to us from top to bottom in a way that we understood completely and walked out not only with a car but a plan to build more credit and lower our interest rate after a certain amount of months. I know nothing about financing, refinancing, credit or anything that has to do with cars or much less buying them, but after speaking with Debrina she made us feel so comfortable, and taught us a lot. I HIGHLY recommend Debrina as your sales woman. She is a joy and pleasure to be around and talk to. We knew what was going on at all times, she never left us sitting and waiting for hours like other sales people might do, she explained everything that was going on. I am not a fan of the car buying process AT ALL!!! I was very reluctant to visit Easterns having been turned down by them some years ago. Even when things weren't looking the way I wanted them to in regards to my monthly payment, he stayed optimistic and challenged me to be optimistic as well. Had it not been for Joel I probably would not have come back the second or third day to continue the process.
