She was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. i made an appointment to visit the dealership in Temple Hills. I arrived on Saturday. The dealership was very busy but I was greeted immediately by Joel Alexis. He was very friendly and attentive, even though there were a few delays. Several Easterns staff offered refreshment while I waited. Initially, I was concerned that the vehicle I requested to test drive was not available because it wasn't at the dealership when I arrived and I was asked if I would consider another vehicle than the one I requested. Thankfully, the car arrived from another location and I had the opportunity to go for a test drive. I appreciated that there was little pressure from Joel once he understood my position. While I understand that the car-buying process can be very time consuming, it appeared that the staff at Easterns made every effort to make the experience as easy as possible. More
