The dealership was very busy but I was greeted immediately by Joel Alexis. He was very friendly and attentive, even though there were a few delays. Several Easterns staff offered refreshment while I waited. Initially, I was concerned that the vehicle I requested to test drive was not available because it wasn't at the dealership when I arrived and I was asked if I would consider another vehicle than the one I requested. Thankfully, the car arrived from another location and I had the opportunity to go for a test drive. I appreciated that there was little pressure from Joel once he understood my position. While I understand that the car-buying process can be very time consuming, it appeared that the staff at Easterns made every effort to make the experience as easy as possible. More

DEBRINA IS THE BEST! As a 1st time car buyer, we were afraid to get ripped off or frowned upon for not having the best credit. Debrina and the store manager were absolutely the opposite of everything my fiancé and I were expecting. Debrina immediately greeted us as we walked through the door, sat us down, and talked to us to get a feel for what we wanted, and most importantly, what we could afford. She was just awesome. I literally feel she was an angel put in our way to help us. She got us the best deal, a beautiful reliable car with low mileage and explained everything to us from top to bottom in a way that we understood completely and walked out not only with a car but a plan to build more credit and lower our interest rate after a certain amount of months. I know nothing about financing, refinancing, credit or anything that has to do with cars or much less buying them, but after speaking with Debrina she made us feel so comfortable, and taught us a lot. I HIGHLY recommend Debrina as your sales woman. She is a joy and pleasure to be around and talk to. We knew what was going on at all times, she never left us sitting and waiting for hours like other sales people might do, she explained everything that was going on. I just can't say enough good things about her and the rest of the Easterns group because they all contributed a little to help us get our 2010 Toyota Camry.
