Thank You Easterns Temple Hills I wasn't sure if I would be able to finance a vehicle due to some crest issues I had but I stopped by anyway. My sales person Roderick was able work I wasn't sure if I would be able to finance a vehicle due to some crest issues I had but I stopped by anyway. My sales person Roderick was able work get me financed and into a better and newer vehicle than I thought would be possible. He was actually able to handle a lot of stuff over phone/email before I got there so by time I got there he had my approval ready and multiple vehicles for me to choose from so it wasn't a feeling of being kidnapped in a dealership all day. He was very helpful and accommodating as were all of the staff there including the sales manager and the tag/title/loan dept people. It was family atmosphere, very professional and nice facilty and better cars than I had expected prior to attending. I was able to get into fully loaded car only 2 years old, with less than 10000 miles, navigation, everything and they were able get me extended warranty and gal insurance and still stay in my price range and my target car note range. I would definatle recommend anybody looking for a car to at least stop in and see what they can do before looking elsewhere. More

Quality Customer Service!! I had to make the time to express what a delightful experience I had while looking over several vehicles recently. Just when you think your know exactly what you want, you can picture yourself in many others. My sales representative, Mr. Celdrick Woodruff, was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and, didn't make me feel as if there was an urgency to purchase a vehicle that day. He assured me that I would be making a wise choice to purchase at Eastern's, however, gave me enough information to make an informed decision and allowed me to do further research to confirm the condition and history on any vehicle. I am down to three vehicles of interest and I will be making my purchase with Mr. Woodruff. We most certainly need more quality service such as the kind I experiences with this sales representative. Go in and ask for this gentleman. More
