Excellent Salesman My salesman Mr. Chavez was very friendly and polite. We didn't have a ride to the dealership so he picked up which was a big deal because of the rain. He answered all of our questions (we had a lot) and made sure we felt as comfortable as possible by offering us refreshments and good conversation. He helped us get insured and made sure we got the lowest rate possible. I'm a first time car buyer and he gave me some good advice for the future as far as how to maintain the car and how to operate the many gadgets featured in the car. He explained clearly the payment plan so there will be no financial surprises in the future. After we signed all of the necessary paperwork Mr. Chavez walked me to my car, congratulated me, answered another 30 more questions that a first time driver would have, and politely wished me to have a great day. My mom purchased her car from Michael Robinson at this location almost 2 years ago so when I found myself in need of a car, my mom suggested Easterns Automotive Group of Hyattsville. She and I went on a S location almost 2 years ago so when I found myself in need of a car, my mom suggested Easterns Automotive Group of Hyattsville. She and I went on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately met with smiles and courteous behavior from the General Manager and the other sales team members on the floor. Michael Robinson came over and introduced himself to me and immediately went to work on my case. I did not expect to leave that day with a car but Michael Robinson made this experience pleasant and stress-free. This was not the car-buying experience I was expecting. Once my deal was done, I sat with the Office Manager, Shedonna Tyson, and she reviewed and explained my contract and all of the other pertinent paperwork.
