Yvengen is great I went to this dealership with my Grandson to test drive a few more cars he was looking at, as he will be purchasing his first car soon. We met all the associates the minute we stepped out Of our car. They brought a special car over from another location for Evan to drive. We met Yeugen and what a great guy he is. He ask a ton of questions to suggest certain cars that Evan might consider. We will be Using this dealership and Yevgen not only for this purchase, but we will go back to purchase any future cars. It is refreshing to me to feel comfortable the whole experience.... this dealership, sales staff, general manager and Yevgen particularly have my vote! Customer Service Specialist I definitely applaud the quality customer service at the Millersville location. I was greeted by the salesman, Rob Sawyer, in the parking lot. He was I definitely applaud the quality customer service at the Millersville location. I was greeted by the salesman, Rob Sawyer, in the parking lot. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable of all the inventory there. He was very helpful. The managers Guy Lewis and Ali made sure that my transaction, trade in, and overall purchase was seamless and problem free. I went to the dealership expecting to be there from sun up to sun down, but with the help of Rob, Guy, and Ali my selection and financing process was speedy. I love my car and the overall experience was A+. Thanks Easterns Motors! More
