5 Star Experience!!!! I needed a car ASAP. Most importantly I needed a loan approval that no one else could get me. I called Easterns and spoke with a gentleman named Jose’ I needed a car ASAP. Most importantly I needed a loan approval that no one else could get me. I called Easterns and spoke with a gentleman named Jose’. He was very pleasant and explained what I needed to bring with me and who to ask for (Mark) when I came in. Upon arrival I was greeted by several people. I asked for Mark who was very pleasant and signed me in got me set up with Robert Sawyer immediately. Robert Sawyer was very nice, knowledgeable, patient in explaining the process and answering questions. He was very professional I. His work demeanor and appearance. I also had the pleasure of working with Guy Lewis who worked the numbers for my deal. He really took the time to get to know me as a customer. I felt that both Rob and Guy cared about me being happy with my purchase and both worked hard to see that I was happy and satisfied before leaving. Service was super fast!! I got to the dealer at 5:20pm and was on my way home in my new car at 8:20pm. There were a few others that went out of their way to give excellent costumer service another Rob, Lisa, and the gentleman who washed and detailed the car for me before leaving the shop. My over all experience was awesome, which I needed in such a stressful situation. They have an exceptional team at the Millersville location.
