Frederick Location was great Love the new location. Everybody in the dealership* was very friendly and very helpful. It was a great experience. Plenty of cars to chose from but already had my mind set on a specific vehicle. First visit we had limited time, so Josh ran in grabbed keys and a license plate and off we went. Came back after a few days and bought the car. Very happy with the team in Frederick. *Some detractors outside of the Frederick location. The website should also give you the ability to see vehicles at a specific location, not just company wide. It made it difficult to find the car we test drove the next day. Using both the chat and calling in were painful. When I ask a specific question I should get a specific answer, not a sales pitch (repeatedly). More
