Worst customer experience I have ever received, they lie just to get you in there. Once you get in there all they do is give you a run around and try to compensate with their customers by pushing them out t just to get you in there. To be frank, we came in to Easterns with a lot of caution; expecting to be on the lookout for sketchy deals and coercion. Our experience was the complete opposite! Ace really put us at ease, helped us navigate the complicated buying process, and was attentive to us the entire time. We took some extra time really deliberating over our options and we were given space and time to do that under little to no pressure. We felt confident in our purchase, and cannot emphasize enough, how easy it was to walk away with a new (used) car feeling secure.
