This is the worst experience i have ever encounted. When i first entered the dealership i was greeted by a male with tattoos on his arm, (very visible). He directed me and my boyfriend to his table. He was on his cell phone reading text messages. When I asked him why was he on the phone, he replied because the computer was slow. He was not friendly. He seemed very immature and not caring at all. He made it well known that he had other clients coming in so I assumed he was not interested in getting me a car. The sale associate then excused himself and told me that it would be 20 minutes to see if i was approved. Reminder: I was there because my mom was PRE-APPROVED throught Capitol One and they had a special sale going. The sale associated took 2 hours but when the sale associate sat down it was not the same guy I was just dealing with. While I was waiting I over heard the original guy that was helping taking interest on another client. I was very upset about this. As Im trying to figure out if I was approved for the car. The guy told me that the BANK didnt approve me. I was very confused because my mom was PRE APPROVED throught Capitol One which is not a bank. The sale associate didnt bother to even say what I could get or what was my options. He let me just walk out without even trying. It was so much playing going on in the building Very immature and Unprofessional ppl. I will NEVER return to Eastern Motors to buy ANYTHING. This is truely a disappointment. More

We went to the dealership in hopes to purchase a jeep. There was one available on the lot. But, we had seen a different one online. We applied for credit the first evening. The process took along time because of my less then perfect credit. My husband and I were there past their close time.Everyone was so nice and didn't rush us at all. The credit application wasn't able to be finalize until the next day. When we arrived at the dealership the next day...the jeep we wanted was there! They were able to give us a good rate, and affordable payments. The fact that,they shopped around to get us a payment we could afford. We had told them the payment we were comfortable with, and they did an excellent job to stick to it. The dealership was spotless and the cars on the lot were beautiful. The overall experience was one of the best of ever had purchasing a vehicle. The salesman, Lonnie Byrd, was very professional and knowledgeable.He was not pushy, which was very refreshing. Honestly, my husband and I both feel, we made some new friends. We would recommend this dealership to everyone. Also, we know any of the salesman would be great. But, only Mr. Byrd, will be selling vehicles to us!!! More

The overall car buying experience was decent. They found the car that I wanted and my financing process was very quick and smooth. Visible tattoos and piercings, long nails with designs, not the best grammar, not the most appropriate business attire. Definitely wasn't impressed! More

To begin, this was "the best" car shopping experience of my lifetime ~! and there is not one bit of exaggeration in that statement. My quest for an "A-Z" list of requirements in the purchase o experience of my lifetime ~! and there is not one bit of exaggeration in that statement. My quest for an "A-Z" list of requirements in the purchase of a vehicle, (during the time I was in a rental, & had to find "something" soon) was met with: enthusiasm, dilegence, perseverence and careful consideration ! Stacey became, to me, like my very own, personal "shotgun riding" car sales~guru :) I truely felt that my best interests were in her sights, and that "I would" come to purchase the vehicle that would be right for me.. and boy did I ! I was looking for: cargo space, good gas milage, low miles & as many bells & whistles that could light up a working womans world on at daily basis, for an hours commute, each way, to & from work each day. Vehicles were "brought to me" to test drive, when I had found that "this vehicle" VW Jetta, held particular interest. I had to pinch myself when I seen this vehicle pulled up to the front doors! We took her for a spin ! We talked about my idea of "all cars should come with a sun-roof" .. (and this one did ~!) and a sound system that was truely amazing as well ~! My experience in the purchase of the nicest vehicle ive ever owned was one where I, as a customer was treated with "the" utmost respect ! I got a "Great rate" & the payment I was good with ! "Great folks" there ! Stacey Torney has "my" utmost respect ! A joy to meet, work with, ride with & get to know !!! More

Yes I would recommend this dealership because Mr.Hartwell help me find the car that I LUV!!!
