The eastern motors team was amazing. Jiles and the management team did everything they could to make sure I left with a car at a good price. I have never seen any team so dedicated to the customers. I went to the store in Laurel and was not satisfied with the level of service that I received at that location. When walking into the Baltimore dealership, I experienced nothing but great customer service the level of service that I received at that location. When walking into the Baltimore dealership, I experienced nothing but great customer service and a salesperson that understood the situation and worked with us. went in there today buy a car for my son and i have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. i ask the sales man for some info on a dodge challenger and the keys so we could see inside the car. he been treated with such disrespect in my life. i ask the sales man for some info on a dodge challenger and the keys so we could see inside the car. he went too the front desk and talked to the manager for a few minutes then he went into the back room for a few more minutes when he came out of the back room he walked out a side door and started talking too a couple of girls that had been sitting on the curb by the show room. Then he walked down toward the car that we wanted the info on ( he did not say a word to us or motion for us to follow him or anything, he just went to the car ). ( so I read his mind and walked down there ) he unlocked the car and just stood there. I ask for the keys so i good hear the car run then I asked him again for the info on the car and he said he didnt know the price that we would have too go inside and find out. i said that i asked for the info before we even came out at that time the so called manager herd me getting upset and said we dont allow test drives of the cars. I told him that I didnt ask for I test drive that I was just asking for the info on the car. He then held a bunch of papers up and said what info do you want, I said I want to speak to the manager and he said I'm the manager now what do you want. At that point I left More

This is the worst experience i have ever encounted. When i first entered the dealership i was greeted by a male with tattoos on his arm, (very visible). He directed me and my boyfriend to his table. He was on his cell phone reading text messages. When I asked him why was he on the phone, he replied because the computer was slow. He was not friendly. He seemed very immature and not caring at all. He made it well known that he had other clients coming in so I assumed he was not interested in getting me a car. The sale associate then excused himself and told me that it would be 20 minutes to see if i was approved. Reminder: I was there because my mom was PRE-APPROVED throught Capitol One and they had a special sale going. The sale associated took 2 hours but when the sale associate sat down it was not the same guy I was just dealing with. While I was waiting I over heard the original guy that was helping taking interest on another client. I was very upset about this. As Im trying to figure out if I was approved for the car. The guy told me that the BANK didnt approve me. I was very confused because my mom was PRE APPROVED throught Capitol One which is not a bank. The sale associate didnt bother to even say what I could get or what was my options. He let me just walk out without even trying. It was so much playing going on in the building Very immature and Unprofessional ppl. I will NEVER return to Eastern Motors to buy ANYTHING. This is truely a disappointment. More
We went to the dealership in hopes to purchase a jeep. There was one available on the lot. But, we had seen a different one online. We applied for credit the first evening. The process took along time because of my less then perfect credit. My husband and I were there past their close time.Everyone was so nice and didn't rush us at all. The credit application wasn't able to be finalize until the next day. When we arrived at the dealership the next day...the jeep we wanted was there! They were able to give us a good rate, and affordable payments. The fact that,they shopped around to get us a payment we could afford. We had told them the payment we were comfortable with, and they did an excellent job to stick to it. The dealership was spotless and the cars on the lot were beautiful. The overall experience was one of the best of ever had purchasing a vehicle. The salesman, Lonnie Byrd, was very professional and knowledgeable.He was not pushy, which was very refreshing. Honestly, my husband and I both feel, we made some new friends. We would recommend this dealership to everyone. Also, we know any of the salesman would be great. But, only Mr. Byrd, will be selling vehicles to us!!! More
