Great service. I went to Easterns Automotive Group with credit issues hoping I would be able to drive out of there and I did. Satisfied customer On April 12 I came to eastern motors to find out what the smartest thing for me to do concerning a 2009 Chrysler Sebring that was in upside down car l On April 12 I came to eastern motors to find out what the smartest thing for me to do concerning a 2009 Chrysler Sebring that was in upside down car loan and in fair conditioning. When I first arrived Irving was very pleasant and friendly and the first to greet me at the door. He also was very detailed in my options and the process of getting into a used car. I was in the dealership for over 5 hours but he constantly checked on us and provided excellent customer service. I left the car dealers in a 2011 chevy traverse. I will recommend family and friends to Eastern Motors because its not just about the sale but the quality of service. More

I was very pleased with a salesman named, Johnny. He was very nice, professional and consistent with getting back to me with calls. The cars on the lot was very nice and clean. He wasn't pushy like some dea very nice, professional and consistent with getting back to me with calls. The cars on the lot was very nice and clean.
