Outstanding customer service and excellent selection of cars We were forced to purchase a vehicle because ours was totaled in an accident. This is a purchase that we didn't plan for. My wife knew that she wanted a smaller SUV that was loaded with options. We test drove a number of different vehicles and decided on the Ford Edge. The search was on. We drove a number of them but couldn't find one that was the color or price we were looking for. Finally I found what we were looking for on line at Easterns. Our salesman Uzziel greeted us with a smile and hand shake. He showed us the vehicles that were on the lot that for what we are looking for in an SUV. We looked the Edge Limited over and the vehicle was clean, mileage reasonable for a 4 year old, it's in good shape and the price was reasonable. Uzziel is very helpful showing us the features in the vehicle and let us drive where ever we wanted to go on the test ride. He helped me set up the Bluetooth and showed us the features. Overall we had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and polite. They have a great selection of vehicles four years old and newer. More
